Easy Healthy Black Fungus With Fried Eggs

Materials:
Eggs: 3
Foamed black fungus: 1
Bell pepper: 1
Oil: several
Salt: several
Stage 1: Wash up the foamed black fungus to proper size.
Stage 2: Wash and cut up the bell pepper.
Stage 3: Stir the eggs in to liquid. Heat wok with the oil in the wok and wait for about 15 seconds. Then add the egg-liquid into the wok and fry until it is firm and looks golden. Remove them from the wok and put aside for now.
Stage 4: Add the foamed black fungus with a little oil in the wok. Fry over medium heat. When the foamed black fungus is sizzling, put the prepared bell pepper in to fry together.
Stage 5: When the bell pepper softens a little, put the fried eggs and salts in, and fried a little. Then it is ready to serve.
It takes just about 3 minutes to make. High-fiber fungus and pepper with high-protein eggs is ready for you. By having this dish, you're taking in less calories and more nutrition for a meal! 😉🌟
