Tender Shrimp And Egg Custard in 3 Minutes


How to make a healthy, nutritious and good-looking recipe in three minutes? Here we go!
Today we introduce a traditional cooking method--steamed egg,Steaming keeps fragile foods in their shape and retains nutrients.


Ingredient:

1, 4 large and medium size tiger prawns, remove intestines and shells, wash and drain.
2, 1/8 spoon salt, 1/12 spoon white pepper, 1/4 spoon cornstarch, 1/4 spoon sesame oil.
3, 1 egg, 1/3 teaspoon salt, 150ml warm water.
4, 1/2 TSP sesame oil, 1/4 TSP spring onion, 1/2 TSP light soy sauce (light soy sauce is optional).
Note: 1 tablespoon =15 ml =1 Tbsp, 1 teaspoon =5 ml =1 Tsp, 1 cup =240 ml.


Practice:

1,  Dice shrimps, add 2 ingredients, pinch evenly and marinate for 20 minutes (fig.1).
1 egg (fig.2) adds salt to beat, then add 150ml warm water (fig.3), stir well.


2. Remove the foam from the egg with a sieve (FIG. 4), gently pour the egg juice into the bowl (FIG. 5), cover with plastic wrap, and poke several holes with a toothpick (FIG. 6).Put a small pot of water in the steamer and bring to a boil over high heat. Put it into a bowl filled with egg juice and steam on high heat for 10 minutes (fig.7).
3. Cover the egg bowl with a towel, remove the cling film, then spread the diced shrimps on the egg custard, cover the cling film again, and poke several holes with a toothpick (fig.8).Continue to steam for 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and egg custard. Sprinkle with 4 ingredients. Serve.
In just three minutes, a delicious and healthy dish was prepared.
